BHEL, Tiruchirappalli is currently looking for Security Personnel ( Males only ) for its units at Tiruchirappalli and Thirumayam in the following posts:

• Sub-Inspector Gr III (Security): Tiruchirappalli-144 and Thiumayam-29
• Sub-Inspector Gr III ( Fire ) : Tiruchirappalli- 56 and Thiumayam- 07
• Out of 236 vacancies, the no of reserved vacancies are as detailed:- UR-127, OBC-63 , SC- 44 , ST- 02 & Ex- Serviceman- 34

Qualification : Full time Graduation from a recognised University.

Experience : ( i) For Security Cadre- Minimum three years in a similar function in the Defence Forces/ Territorial Army/Police/Govt./PSU Listed Company. Other things being equal, ‘B’ or ‘C’ Certificate of NCC will be preferred.

( ii ) For Fire Cadre – Minimum three years in the Fire Fighting Force of State Fire Services/ Central Police Organisations/PSU Listed Company. Other things being equal, Certificate Course in Fire fighting from an Institute registered with Central/ State Govt. will be preferred.

Desirable:- Working knowledge in Tamil & English.
