- Essential Qualification:-Matriculation with ITI from recognised institution in any of the following trades :- Fitter, Electrician,Welder,Turner, Mason ,Machinist, Motor Vehicle Mechanic. For HV Driver:- Matric with HVD License with minimum one year experience of operating tipper in mines.
- Desirable Qualification :- Successful completion of Apprenticeship training in a reputed Indian industry , preferably steel industry,after passing out from a recognised IIT.
- Age as on 01.10.2011 :-18years to28 years.Relaxation in age up to 40years shall be admissible to ex-Trade Apprentices of Bhilai Steel Plant who have passed AITT ( upto batch 75 ) up to the year 2001.
- Training Period :- Two Years
- Stipend during training period :- During this period a consolidated stipend of Rs 6600/-per monthin the first year & Rs 7700/- per month during 2nd year. On successful completion of training period, they will be observed in regular grade.
