• Assistant ( Legal ) , Group’ B ‘, Non- Gazetted ,Category no: ER-01

    (a )Department : Department of legal Affairs , M/ o Law and Justice.

    ( b ) Vacancy   : 21 (UR-11, SC-03 ,ST-02, OBC- 05 ) out of which 01 reserved for HH ( PD )

   ( c ) Age           :30 years & below

   ( d ) PSL          : Rs 9300-34800 + GP Rs 4600

   ( e ) EQ           ( i ) Degree in Law or Equivalent

                           (ii ) Should have 3 yrs experience of legal works in a State Legal Department   OR

                  Should be a Central Govt. servant who has 3 yrs experience in Legal Affairs      OR

                 Should be a qualified Legal Practitioner.

   ( f ) JR :( i ) Putting the precedents on matters referred to the Ministry of Law & Justice, Department of Legal Affairs for Legal advice/ conduct of litigation.

                ( ii ) GENERAL & SECRETARIAL assistance to the Officers in the Ministry in disposing of matters referred for Legal advice/ conduct of litigation including submission of notes of notes &drafts in such cases.

                ( iii ) ‘Reference and Research work ‘wherever necessary .    :

• JUNIOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (Category no. ER- 02 ), Group ‘ C ‘,Non-Gazetted, Non- Ministerial

       ( a) Department :Forest Survey of India, Ministry of Environment & Forest,Department of Forest & wild life.

      ( b ) Vacancy  01 ( OBC-01 )

     (c ) Age:- Not exceeding 28 years .

    ( d ) PSL :-Rs 9300-20200 +GP Rs 4200

    (e ) E.Q.:- Certificate in Forest Rangers Course from any recognized Institute /Graduate in Science /Computer Science

          Desirable : Experience in Forest Inventory/ Remote Sensing / Cartography work and Computer Application

    ( f )J.R. :-( i ) Collection of data from sample plots for field inventory as per the instructions contained in the field mannual as well as collection of data for different projects.

                 ( ii ) Maintenance of account and cash book of field work.

                ( iii ) Checking and supply of datd for submission to the zonal headquarters

               ( iv ) Safe custody of maps / photographs and equipments .

   ( g ) Initial Posting : Kolkata with AISL .
