NORTH WESTERN RAILWAY :RECRUITMENT AGAINST SPORTS QUOTA FOR THE YEAR 2011-2012

Applications are invited from eligible male candidates for following sports event/category for Group “C” and erstwhile Group “D” posts on North Western Railway

Details of vacancies.

1. Athletics –06 vacancies(One each in Pole Vault, Triple Jump,Hammer Throw, Discuss Throw Decathlon&800Mts), Scale 5200-20200, 02 with GP 2400/2800, 02 with GP 1900/2000 & 02 with GP 1800
2. Basketball- 03 vacancies ( One each in Forward, Ball Handler-Pt Gd, Pivot Player-Post Player : Scale:5200-20200 +GP 1900/2000
3. Boxing- 02 vacancies :One each in 75 Kg &91 Kg :Scale 5200-20200, one with GP 2400/2800 & one with GP1900/2000
4. Cycling-02 vacancies :In 40 Kms Individual Road Time Trial,: Scale 5200-20200 with GP 1900/2000
5. Wrestling-02 vacancies: one each in 60 Kg &84 Kg :Scale:-5200-20200 with GP1800
6. Tennis –01 vacancy :Scale 5200-20200 with GP 1900/2000

• Examination Fee :DD/IPO of Rs 60 for Gr “C”Post:Scale 5200-20200 + GP 2400/2800 and Rs 40 for Scale 5200-20200 + GP 1800/1900
