Scale of Pay :Rs 12000-375-16500 (PRS ) ( the post shall be operated in the scale of Rs. 14300-400-18300 when Group A Officer in the National Selection Grade holds it )
Method of Recruitment : Transfer on deputation / deputation
Eligibility Criteria : ( a )Officers of the Central / State Governments / High Courts
( i ) holding analogous posts on a regular basis, or ( b )With 5 years regular service in posts in the pay scale of Rs 10,000-325-15200 or equivalent,and ( b ) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience; ( i ) Degree in law from a recognised University or equivalent, and (ii ) 10 years experience in administrative/ Accounts/ personal matters including 3 years experience of dealing with Commercial /Railway Claims matters or handling judicial /quasi-judicial functions.
